November- winter is coming- time to hunker down. Time to plan and dream!  Have you ever wondered how the honeybees are used in the pollination of agricultural crops?  How are they moved around?  How do farmers find beekeepers? What does it all look like?  Our beloved regional VDACS inspector wears another hat as Windsong Apiaries where he works with the bees as a regional migratory pollinator in VA, NJ, and the Eastern Shore pollinating apples, blueberries and other crops.  Come hear Bob Wellemeyer of Windsong Apiaries talk to us about the business of migratory pollination and how you might be able to do this too on a very small or a large scale.

Let’s celebrate our Veterans Too- Tuesday. Nov. 11th, 7 pm, Manassas Church of the Brethren.
